All items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Center if you have concerns regarding defective or damaged merchandise. The return of any item requires an order number for verification. Before starting the return process, please review our complete return policy, including items that are not eligible for return.

Those items that have been damaged due to normal use and wear
products beyond the return period
Please use a pre-paid UPS label to mail back your items, or contact our sales department for our warehouse address. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning products
Getting a refund

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has been shipped.
